No início da manhã desta segunda-feira (16), um policial militar
que mora no bairro José Carlos de Oliveira, foi acionado por uma vizinha, que
informou que um homem tinha invadido a sua casa armado com um pedaço de pau e o
mesmo estaria tentando estuprar a sua filha adolescente dentro de casa.
Rapidamente o PM foi a casa da vítima, que fica na rua Manoel Florêncio
Sobrinho, e conseguiu evitar o pior e deu voz de prisão ao acusado, em seguida
ligou para o telefone 190 e solicitou uma guarnição para conduzir o acusado até
a delegacia.
O homem que foi preso é João Geraldo Pereira, conhecido
por “Joãozinho” de 32 anos, residente na rua Vilela, na Vila do
Aeroporto. Ele estava armado com um pedaço de pau com a chegada da PM, mas
negou a tentativa de estupro e disse que entrou na casa para se proteger, pois
minutos antes ele estava bebendo com alguns amigos na casa do primo e lá houve
um desentendimento que acabou em pancadaria e ele apanhou dos colegas e teve de
correr para não ser assassinado, por isso entrou na casa.
O homem foi autuado em flagrante por tentativa de estupro e será
encaminhado a Penitenciária Juiz Plácido de Souza, em Caruaru.
