Os
bancos voltam a funcionar normalmente nesta quinta-feira (26), mas
fecham no último dia útil do ano, 31 de dezembro, assim como em 1º de
janeiro, segundo informou a Federação Brasileira de Bancos (Febraban).
Durante o feriado de Natal, não houve expediente.
A
Febraban lembra que, nos dias em que as agências estiverem fechadas, os
clientes poderão utilizar os canais alternativos de atendimento para
realizar operações bancárias, como caixas eletrônicos, Internet Banking,
Mobile Banking, banco por telefone e correspondentes (casas lotéricas,
agências dos Correios, redes de supermercados e outros estabelecimentos
comerciais credenciados).
As
contas de consumo (água, luz, telefone e TV por assinatura, por
exemplo) e os carnês que vencerem nessas datas poderão ser pagas no
próximo dia útil (2 de janeiro), sem a incidência de multa. Os tributos,
normalmente, já estão com a data ajustada pelo calendário de feriados
(federais, estaduais e municipais).
Os
clientes também podem agendar nos bancos os pagamentos das contas de
consumo ou pagá-las (as que têm código de barras) nos próprios caixas
automáticos, ou em correspondentes. Já os boletos bancários de clientes
cadastrados como sacados eletrônicos poderão ser agendados ou pagos por
meio do Débito Direto Autorizado (DDA). (Agência Brasil)
