Cerca de 1,7
mil presos que cumprem pena em regime semiaberto na Paraíba receberam
nesta terça-feira (24) o indulto de Natal. O benefício concede a eles
saída temporária para passar o Natal com as famílias. De acordo com a
Secretaria de Administração Penitenciária (Seap), os detentos devem
retornar às unidades prisionais no próximo dia 26 de dezembro. Agentes e
órgãos de segurança pública vão realizar fiscalizações nas ruas e
dentro dos presídios durante o período.
De acordo com a
secretaria, só em João Pessoa há cerca de 500 homens e mulheres com o
direito assegurado, enquanto em Campina Grande o número chega a quase
200. Na capital paraibana, os presos já saíram das unidades prisionais
nessa segunda-feira (23).
Mesmo com o
indulto, os apenados precisam cumprir com algumas regras, estabelecidas
pelas portarias de Execução Penal no estado. Dentre elas, estão as
proibições de ausentarem-se da comarca onde cumprem pena e ingestão de
bebida alcoólica. Os detentos beneficiados pelo indulto também estão
obrigados a estar em caso até no maximo 22h e manter o bom comportamento
nesse período de “liberdade”. Quem cumpre medida disciplinar, por
qualquer que tenha sido a infração cometida durante o ano, não teve
direito ao indulto de Natal.
A lista com
nome e informações de todos os presos assegurados pelo benefício na
Paraíba é compartilhada pela Seap e pelas polícias Civil, Militar,
Federal e Rodoviária Federal. Caso a população saiba ou presencie algum

3218-4480. Haverá uma equipe de plantão para apurar os casos. A PM
também realizará rondas específicas em todas as comarcas do estado,
