Na manhã deste sábado(16), a Patrulha do Bairro do Salgado I, do
4º BPM, composta pelos soldados Dos Santos do GOPH 01 e Arnildo, com
informações do NIA (Núcleo de Inteligência do Agreste), abordou Sivanildo
Freire, 29 anos, morador da rua Missisipe, no bairro do Salgado, que estava na
companhia de uma mulher na praça em frente ao Atacadão Assaí, e logo foi
reconhecido como foragido, sendo preso e levado para a delegacia.
Há cerca de um mês o acusado
fugiu da Guarnição do GOPH 01 quando era feita a consulta de seu nome junto à
Central de Operações do 4º BPM. Por estar foragido e na iminência de ser preso,
ele fugiu do local na ocasião. Em seu desfavor foi achado no Sistema de
Segurança Pública uma fuga por tentativa de homicídio, porém, logo depois de
ser identificado, foi constatado que na primeira abordagem em que empreendeu
fuga ele apresentou um documento em nome de Silvânio Freire, que é seu irmão e
também possui restrições penais.
O
preso, Silvanildo Freire, respondeu por Tráfico de Drogas, Porte Ilegal de Arma
e Receptação de uma arma de fogo de um Policial Militar, e já havia cumprido
mais de 5 anos de sua pena recluso, porém ao sair para o regime semiaberto não
mais voltou para a prisão, e desta feita vai responder também por falsidade
ideológica. Segundo informações do NIA, o acusado é de alta periculosidade
e contumaz na prática de uso e tráfico de drogas, sendo então apresentado
ao Platão da Delegacia Regional de Caruaru, a fim de ser reconduzido ao
Sistema Penitenciário.
