Ivanildo Batista, tinha 36
anos e morreu no HRA |
Faleceu na emergência do Hospital Regional do Agreste (HRA), por
volta das 6:30h de hoje, (segunda-feira), o doente mental, Ivanildo Batista
da Silva, de 36 anos, que morava no sítio Muricí, zona rural de Caruaru.
Ele estava internado após ter sido vítima de um espancamento no último sábado
entre o Muricí e o sítio Araçá.
Segundo o irmão da vítima, Márcio José, a sua mãe deu
dinheiro para o seu irmão cortar o cabelo na Vila Muricí no sábado a tarde e ao
escurecer o mesmo ficou pela vila esperando algum conhecido para lhe acompanhar
até sua casa, como não passou nenhum conhecido ele resolveu voltar sozinho e no
trajeto foi abordado por quatro marginais que o espancaram com socos e pontapés
e pegaram um pedaço de madeira e enfiaram no seu ânus. Mesmo ferida, a vítima
arranjou forças para ir até sua casa, onde chegou bastante lesionado, nu e com
sangramento no ânus. Diante da barbárie, o cunhado o socorreu para o HRA, ainda
na noite do sábado.
Ao tomarem conhecimento do caso, o Cabo Erivaldo e soldado Teotônio da
equipe Malhas da Lei, foram ao citado sítio e realizaram uma campana e
conseguiram prender dois dos suspeitos, Alexsandro
da Silva Santos, vulgo “Pepê” de 19 anos e um adolescente de 14.
Questionados sobre o fato, eles disseram que agiram daquela forma porque a
vítima teria jogado pedras nos mesmos. Apenas o menor confessou ter enfiando o
pedaço de madeira no reto da vítima. Ambos foram apresentados no plantão da
Delegacia Regional, onde a delegada do plantão Dra. Geovana Laloup,
liberou os suspeitos por entender que não caberia a autuação em flagrante.
Outros dois integrantes da quadrilha, identificados por Maciel
Carito e Beiçola,
estão sendo procurados pela polícia.
Para a polícia, a vítima morreu em decorrência das lesões
sofridas, portanto foi assassinada por espancamento. O corpo já foi encaminhado
para o IML de Caruaru.
Este foi o 1º homicídio do mês de novembro e o 122º do ano
de 2013 em Caruaru.
