O Cabo Albuquerque e soldados Luciano e
Mikaelle, da equipe Malhas da Lei, prenderam na manhã desta sexta-feira (08), José
Elvis Bezerra da Silva, de 21 anos vulgo “Pelúcia” residente Avenida V3 no bairro Inocoop. Ele
estava foragido do presídio de Canhotinho, onde cumpria pena por assalto e é
acusado de ter cometido o homicídio de Rafael Manoel da Silva, de 20
anos, ocorrido na Vila Teimosa no conhecido “Beco de Coca” tendo como vitima o
“Cara Veia”.
Segundo a polícia, José Elvis e o seu
irmão Elton Jonns da Silva, vulgo potoca de
28 anos, junto com outro elemento conhecido como “Taludo” de executarem “Cara
Veia”. A motivação segundo a policia, seria e uma rixa entre alguns
indivíduos da rua Saldanha da Gama com a Vila Teimosa, por causa do trafico de
drogas.
