O comissário Cícero da Polícia Civil de
Pernambuco, que mora no bairro Cedro em Caruaru, estava retornando da cidade em
seu veículo na noite desta quinta-feira (31), e deu uma carona ao vizinho Rafael
Vieira da Silva, vulgo “Rafa” de 25 anos, que mora na rua Antonio
Santiago, no mesmo bairro e quando chegou em casa, percebeu que a sua pistola
ponto 40, havia desaparecido. Inicialmente o comissário tentou localizar o
meliante, mas não obteve êxito.
Foi montada uma operação conjunta entre as
equipes Malhas da Lei, composta pelo Cabo Erivaldo e soldados Teotônio e
Jair e equipe de Operações do Tenente Pessoa, Cabo Sátiro e soldado Darllan,
que realizaram incursões na região e após se sentir acuado, o meliante ligou
para o 4º BPM e deu o número de um celular para a PM fazer o monitoramento e
localizar a arma.

Erivaldo passou a negociar com o meliante que abandonou a pistola com 11
munições em cima do muro do antigo curtume Irmãos Coutinho, nas proximidades da
casa do acusado, a arma que pertence ao estado foi entregue no plantão da
Delegacia Regional, através de Boletim de Ocorrência.
O elemento que já teve várias passagens pelo
presídio, já planejava praticar assaltos com a arma do policial. Ele deve se
entregar a qualquer momento.
