Por volta das 21 horas deste sábado (02), houve uma colisão de
trânsito na BR 104, nas imediações da entrada do sítio Terra Vermelha em
Caruaru e resultou em duas pessoas feridas. Elivelton Sebastião Luiz da
Silva, de 20 anos e do ex-presidiário Carlos José da Silva, de 26,
que moram no sítio Peladas, zona rural de Caruaru. Eles trafegavam em uma moto
Tornado vermelha, sentido Caruaru/Agrestina e bateram de frente em um veículo
Fiat Strada Track, que vinha no sentido contrário. No bolso do Carlos foram
encontradas duas munições intactas calibre 38 e ambos foram socorridos pelo
Samu e Corpo de Bombeiros e foram levados para o Hospital Regional do Agreste
(HRA) em Caruaru.
O comissário Omar Cordeiro que está de plantão no posto
da Polícia Civil do HRA, descobriu que as vítimas são assaltantes e que os
mesmos praticaram dois assaltos nesta semana em Terra Vermelha e que
possivelmente estariam indo para o local praticar novos assaltos e acabaram
sofrendo o acidente. Duas vítimas dos meliantes já registraram BO no posto
policial e isso complica a situação dos elementos que podem ser presos ainda no
hospital. O Comissário informou ainda que o revólver dos assaltantes foi
furtado por um motoqueiro que passou pelo local.
Com escoriações, raladuras e algumas fraturas, os assaltantes
seguem internados, Elivelton no HRA e o Carlos José, foi
transferido para o Hospital da Restauração no Recife. Ambos estão fora de
perigo.
