O assassinato aconteceu na tarde do domingo, dia 13 de
outubro, na PE 145, próximo ao salão de Rita Vênus, no sítio Dois Riachos, zona
rural de Caruaru. A vítima Marcelino
Alves dos Santos, de 40 anos, que
morava em Fazenda Nova, foi morta com vários disparos de arma de fogo,
no momento em que transitava com seu veículo Toyota, vinda da feira da sulanca
da cidade de Toritama-PE, quando seguia pela rodovia que dá acesso a Fazenda
Nova, foi perseguido por dois indivíduos em uma motocicleta, que emparelharam
com o Toyota e mataram a vítima com dois tiros.
O delegado Márcio Cruz da 20ª DPH - Delegacia de
Homicídios de Caruaru, comandou a investigação e na tarde desta sexta-feira
(01), a sua equipe conseguiu prender um dos assassinos, Jean Carlos Costa,
de 18 anos, que também mora em Fazenda Nova e após três dias de diligências, conseguiu
prender o meliante que confessou o crime e disse que agiu com um menor,
inclusive chegou a pagar R$ 2.500, ao menor para guiar a moto na execução.
A investigação policial, concluiu vítima e acusado eram vizinhos
no distrito de Fazenda Nova, e há algum tempo uma porca (animal), foi
furtada da propriedade da família do Marcelino e Jean Carlos foi acusado pelo
furto e a partir de então nasceu uma rixa violenta entre as famílias de ambos e
por conta disso o pai do Jean Carlos, Gilmar Batista da Costa,
foi assassinado e para vingar a marte do pai, o mesmo matou a professora
Áuria Lúcia Ferreira, de 44 anos, prima do Marcelino, morta com 2
tiros em Janeiro deste anos, em Fazenda Nova.
O acusado foi recolhido a FUNASE de Caruaru, tendo em vista um
mandado de busca e apreensão, expedido pela comarca de Brejo da Madre de
Deus-PE, em função do assassinato da professora Áurea, mas foi indiciado pela
morte do toyoteiro e em breve será transferido da FUNASE para a Penitenciária
Juiz Plácido de Souza (PJPS), também em Caruaru.
