Um acidente ocorreu durante a tarde desta
quinta-feira (24), na BR 232, próximo ao distrito de Encruzilhada de São João,
zona rural de Bezerros. Um veículo Gol preto, capotou e saiu da pista. A
Polícia Rodoviária Federal (PRF), foi acionada e os agentes Tavares e Ivo
Aquino, fizeram o registro da ocorrência no local. A vítima foi socorrida
pelo Corpo de Bombeiros e Samu e foi encaminhada ao HRA em Caruaru, onde foi
medicada e liberada.
Um guincho foi acionado pela PRF para rebocar o carro até o
posto da PRF em São Caetano e os policiais tiveram que deixar o local do
acidente para se dirigirem para outra ocorrência de trânsito, mas disseram que
o motorista do guincho deixasse o veículo capotado no posto de São Caetano.
Minutos depois receberam uma denúncia que o motorista do guincho parou no Posto
Agamenom e vendeu algumas peças do carro guinchado no local.
De posse das denúncias, os policiais federais foram ao posto da
PRF em São Caetano a espera do suspeito Rafael Luiz Leal da Silva, de 31
anos, que mora na rua Mestre Tota, Centro de Caruaru, quando o mesmo chegou foi
questionado sobre a denúncia e confessou o crime. Ele retirou do carro da
vítima, um pneu, um macaco e um extintor e para o crime não ser descoberto
trocou algumas peças.
Apresentado no plantão da Delegacia Regional em Caruaru, foi
autuado em flagrante pela delegada Dra Rita de Cássia, pelo crime de
furto qualificado, em virtude de ter feito uso da confiança da empresa na qual
estava empregado há apenas dois meses. Após o procedimento, o motorista foi
encaminhado ao presídio de Caruaru.
O advogado do acusado Dr. Marcelo Vasconcelos, informou
que o seu cliente é inocente, ele disse que ainda hoje vai entrar na justiça
com pedido de relaxamento da prisão, pois o cliente não tem antecedentes
criminais e tem moradia fixa.
