O Comando Nacional dos Bancários e a Federação Nacional dos Bancos
(Fenaban) chegaram a um acordo na madrugada desta sexta-feira (11) para
encerrar a greve da categoria, que completou 22 dias na quinta (10),
informou a Confederação Nacional dos Trabalhadores do Ramo Financeiro
(Contraf-CUT).
A decisão agora terá de ser levada às assembleias locais para ser votada, e, se aprovada, porá fim à paralisação.
Segundo a Contraf-CUT, cidades de São Paulo, incluindo a capital, Rio de
Janeiro, Pernambuco e Rio Grande do Sul vão realizar assembleias na
tarde desta sexta. Demais sindicatos do país vão realizar assembleias
até segunda-feira (14).
Os principais pontos do acordo, segundo a Contraf-CUT, são 8% de
reajuste (1,82% de aumento real); 8,5% (2,29%) de reajuste para o piso
da categoria, e compensação pelos dias parados pela greve de até uma
hora por dia (entre segunda e sexta-feira) até o dia 15 de dezembro.
O presidente da Contraf e coordenador do Comando Nacional dos
Bancários, Carlos Cordeiro, disse que avaliou como positiva a proposta
patronal e orientou os sindicatos da categoria a aceitarem o acordo,
encerrando a greve em todo o país.
