Sargento McCartney e o soldado Freire do GOPH 01,
estavam passando em frente ao North Shopping no início da noite de hoje (sexta-feira,
02), quando viram um indivíduo em atitude suspeita na garupa de uma mototáxi, e
ao abordarem o suspeito, localizaram com o mesmo, 10 munições calibre 38. Nisso
os policiais citados solicitaram o apoio do
Cabo e do Soldado do NIA (Núcleo de Inteligência do Agreste) e da Patrulha do
Bairro Indianópolis dos soldados Moacir e Almir Leite.
Com o celular do adolescente
infrator, os policiais marcaram um encontro com o comprador da munições em
frente a um mercado no bairro José Liberato e no momento da entrega prenderam o
destinatário das munições, Levi Charles
de Santana, de 19 anos, que estava acompanhado do amigo, Márcio Henrique Gomes da Silva, vulgo “Fino” de 19 anos, que moram na mesma
casa, na rua Virgulino Ferreira, no bairro José Liberato.
Como ficou comprovado que o Levi
receberia a “mercadoria”, os policiais foram a casa dos mesmos e viram quando
um quarto integrante da quadrilha que estava na casa fugiu ao ver a aproximação
dos PM´s, mas foi apreendido posteriormente quando tentava atravessar o Rio
Ipojuca. Na casa onde moram Davi e Márcio, foram encontrados 868 gramas e
mais 6 papelotes de maconha; 2 quilos 36 gramas de um pó branco, possivelmente
cocaína ou substância explosiva; 5 celulares; 10 munições calibre 38 e a importância
de R$ 41,60.
Questionado sobre a drogas e
as munições, Davi confessou que já
foi preso duas vezes por tráfico de drogas, formação de quadrilha e corrupção
de menor. Ele disse que foi contratado por um elemento conhecido por “Anderson 1, 5, 7”, que está preso na
Penitenciária de Caruaru, para levar a droga até a rodoviária de Garanhuns, mas
acabaram em cana.
O delegado do plantão Dr. Felipe Regueira, está fazendo os
procedimentos de lavratura do flagrante e não adiantou quais serão os arquivos
impostos aos acusados.
